Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. This includes keeping the package box unopened, with tags still attached, and the item in its original packaging. If these conditions are not met, we may either deny the return or accept it with a nonrefundable deduction from your refund. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase for verification.
Please Note: If the item is damaged due to improper handling or use after delivery, it will not be eligible for a return.

Discounts and Promotional Offers

If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple products together, returning part of your order will void the promotion. In such cases, the return will be processed at the full price of the retained items, and you will also be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please reach out to us via our contact form or email us directly at [email protected]. We will verify your request and send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
Important: Returns sent back without prior approval will not be processed or accepted. You must first contact us to obtain the necessary authorization for the return.

Return Shipping Fees

If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., you no longer want it, or it was an incorrect color), we will provide you with a return label. However, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Exceptions: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping fees.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at [email protected]. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible by either replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
Important: If the damage is caused during shipping, please take pictures of the packaging and the damaged item. We may ask for this documentation to process the return or claim with the shipping carrier.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order. Once your return is processed and approved, you can make a new purchase for the desired item. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges, as this helps streamline our processes and ensures you get the product you want as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Important: It may take 3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please note that gift card refunds or store credit refunds may take slightly longer to process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account. It may take some time before the transaction is posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Return Time Frame

Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund, items must be in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.
Important: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of excessive wear or misuse.

International Returns

For returns outside Hong Kong, please contact us for specific return instructions. International return shipping costs are typically high, and you will be responsible for these costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Customs Duties: Please note that if you return goods from outside Hong Kong, customs duties and taxes may apply. These costs are borne by the customer.

Return Shipping Labels

For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund if we do not provide a prepaid label.

Final Notes

Items must be returned in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition to qualify for a refund.
Returns outside the 30-day window will not be accepted, unless otherwise authorized due to exceptional circumstances.
Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your return after it has been received.
Returns can only be processed when the item has been shipped back to us and verified.
