Don’t worry, before getting into more technical details, below checklist may help you solve the easy problems:
Please connect your Talislook product to another PC/smartphone/tablet and check if the problem repeats. If it is a wireless product, please insert new batteries or ensure the product is fully charged. Then continue your test. Please try to connect your item to one of the USB ports on the back of your PC for a stable power connection, since the front USB ports do not provide enough power.
1.Unplug or turn off the keyboard.
2.Identify the key causing the issue (e.g., the ‘Y’ key), then gently pry up the key using a small, flat instrument (flat-head screwdriver) or your nail. Insert the tool or your nail under the edge of the keycap and carefully lift it up. Be gentle to avoid damaging the keycap or the switch.
3.Use the swab to clean any sticky areas on and around the key switch. Make sure to clean the underside of the keycap as well. If there is visible debris, use a dry cotton swab or compressed air to remove it before using the alcohol.
4.Reinsert the key back into its original place by gently pressing it down until it snaps back into place.
5.Check the keys to see if the issue is resolved.
Follow the pairing process outlined in the user manual. Make sure the devices are fully charged and remove any previously paired devices from your tablet/smartphone.

1. check the battery: As product is wireless, like all battery-operated devices, their performance hinges on the power available from their batteries. To ensure your wireless mouse continues to operate at its best, you need to check and change or charge appropriately and timely.
2. Test on Another Computer: Start by connecting the mouse to a different computer. If the issue recurs, the mouse may be defective.
3. Ensure a Direct Connection: Verify that the mouse is directly connected to one of the computer’s USB ports rather than through an extension hub or dock. Using extension hubs can lead to connectivity issues which might cause erratic behavior such as involuntary scrolling.
4. Check and Update Drivers: Remove any previously installed mouse drivers, then restart your computer. This can resolve conflicts between the mouse software and your system. For this process, go to device manager and check the driver in Mice and other pointing device .
By default, your computer enables the “Number Lock” feature to helps the user to use the numeric pad separately and easily, which is why some keys (j, k, l, u, i, o, etc…) doesn’t appear correctly.
When you switch the keyboard to mini size or compact size, you should disable the “Number Lock” feature by pressing the (Fn + Number Lock) 2 keys together. You can also change the setting on your PC.
Your choice depends on your priorities. Wired mice are ideal for those who want consistent performance without input lag or battery concerns. They’re generally more affordable and reliable for competitive gaming.
Wireless mice are perfect for gamers who value portability and a clutter-free setup. Modern wireless technology, especially with low-latency options, offers performance comparable to wired models, though they can be pricier and require charging or battery replacement.
You can return your mouse, provided it’s in its original condition in unopened packaging and you have proof of purchase.
Orders
Once you have found an item you want to buy, simply select the color, the quantity and your size, then click ‘ADD TO CART’. You can continue shopping and add more items to your bag, or you can proceed to checkout. If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click ‘CHECKOUT’ and enter your address and payment information to complete your order.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation before we start preparing it. This is only receipt of your order, not confirmation that your purchase has been made. After your payment and delivery details are verified, it will be carefully prepared and shipped directly to you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order. If you’d like to add more items, place a new order.
Due to the high volume of orders that we are processing, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled in time.
While we will try our best to cancel your order, it may have been processed and shipped already.
Any orders that are purchased with an express service will automatically be fast-tracked and packed as a priority.
Due to order constraints, we are unable to accommodate a fast-track request during sale and promotional periods.

All payments will be taken on completion of order, please allow 3-5 days for the payment to show in your bank account – This can depend on your payment provider.
Delivery
Our standard procedure for our webshop prders involves processing orders within an estimated timeframe of 1-3 business days following receipt of your order confirmation and payment. Subsequently, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification to keep you informed of its status and if you chose the tracking option, you will also receive your tracking number.

In the event that your order has not been received within an estimated timeframe of 7-15 business days subsequent to the receipt of your shipping confirmation, we kindly request that you to contact us, kindly provide your name and order number for our reference. We assure you that upon receiving this information, we will initiate a thorough investigation into the matter to resolve any potential issues.

Order Not Shipped Yet:
If your order has not yet been shipped and is still in the “Not Shipped” status, please contact us immediately to avoid shipping it to the wrong address.
Order Already Shipped:
Once your order has been shipped, there is unfortunately no way to modify the shipping address. We recommend ensuring the accuracy of your address information during the ordering process to avoid any complications.
However, if your order has been shipped to the wrong address contact us and we will try to find a solution for you.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the necessary tracking number in a separate email. You can track the status on courier’s website.
If you do not pick up the package or take any action regarding the delivery and the parcel is shipped back to us, you are obliged to bare all costs and expenses associated with the return shipment such as the customs duties and further costs incurred.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, APO or FPO address.
Returns
Once we receive and carefully examine your return, we will promptly inform you regarding the approval status of your refund.
Upon approval, the refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method.
Kindly be aware that there might be a delay as your bank or credit card company undertakes the processing and posting of the refund.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. This includes keeping the package box unopened, with tags still attached, and the item in its original packaging. If these conditions are not met, we may either deny the return or accept it with a nonrefundable deduction from your refund. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase for verification.
Please Note: If the item is damaged due to improper handling or use after delivery, it will not be eligible for a return.

Unfortunately, Talislook does not offer refunds after 30 days from purchase, however, we take every available action to fully support our customers and always find the most suitable solution..
